"I had my 1996 1100 Virago Special serviced here and had the carbs rebuilt. It's never run better and they even fixed the backfire that is present in almost all of these big Viragos.The service techs found problems that were missed 5 different times at 3 other dealers. I thought that their price was very fair and the service was done quickly and best of all, it was done right (I don't have to bring it back like I did at the other dealers). They even saved the parts they replaced so I could see them for myself. I'm just sorry I didn't take it to them 7 years ago when the problem started! Thanks for a job well done. Rick"

"I live in Cheshire, literally 3 minutes from (undisclosed competing dealer), with close to no knowledge, we went to them because it was closer.
